ULS Foundation Fun Fair – Call for Volunteers

Message from the ULS Foundation:

Dear Students, Parents, Faculty and Friends,

The ULS Fun Fair will be on Sunday, March 8, 2020 from 10am-4pm at the ULS MPB and field. It is the major fundraising event for our school, hosted this year by the ULS Foundation. This year’s theme is ‘ohana, meaning family in Hawaiian.

We are asking grades 6-8 students and parents to please sign up for your grade’s two games booths. Grades 9-12 students and parents please sign up for your grade’s food booth. Seniors chose to have their own sign up because the profits go to their class’ Project Graduation, but seniors are welcome to volunteer in other areas too. Volunteers are needed in multiple areas. Elementary school parents, we would love your help in an area of your choosing. We welcome faculty, alumni and friends to volunteer too. Remember there are grade level contests for most volunteers, most pre-sale scrip and most money raised at games or food booths.

We will be happy to sign forms for those of you who are required to do volunteer hours for community service for scholarships or other programs. Please indicate that in the comments section when you sign up. You can bring your form the day of the Fun Fair or send us an email at ulsfunfair@gmail.com so we can arrange to meet you at a later date.

Please be on the lookout for pre-sale and Instagram contests for a chance to win great prizes.

Mahalo for your help,

Susanna Hunt & Nikki (Avecilla) Chin
