ULS Admissions Information for 2020-2021

Thank you for your interest in the University Laboratory School. Applications for the 2020-2021 will be available on October 16, 2019. The deadline to submit applications with supporting materials is January 31, 2020. 2020-2021 ULS Admissions Public Information Meeting will be on Sunday, November 3, 2019 at 2:00p.m. in the Multi-Purpose

Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Walk/Run

American Cancer Society: Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Walk/Run Join our school’s Team Jr. Bows led by the ULS HOSA (Future Health Professionals) students on Saturday, October 26 at Keehi Lagoon Beach Park for the walk/run or if can’t join us for the walk, donations are still very much appreciated 

Give Aloha- Foodland’s Annual Community Matching Gifts Program

From September 1-30, customers are invited to make donations of up to a cumulative total of $249 (per person, per organization) at checkout to their favorite Hawai`i non-profit organization registered in the Give Aloha program. Donations are accepted at any Foodland, Sack N Save or Foodland Farms checkout.  ULS registration

2019-2020 ULS Student-Parent Handbook and Handbook Agreement Form – Due 8/13/19 

All students will be given a ULS Student-Parent Handbook Agreement Form during Homeroom on the first day of school, August 8, 2019. 3rd Place Division II State Champtionship: Girls Varsity Volleyball

Congratulations to the Girls Varsity Volleyball team and their coaches on their 3rd place finish in the Nissan Girls Volleyball State Championships - Division II State Tournament.

Congratulations to senior Addyssyn O.

Congratulations to senior Addyssyn O. for winning the 2019 Young Adult Art Contest in the category of Most Resilient. Mahalo to Ms. Franklin for providing an outlet for our students to express themselves through art. Addyssyn created this art piece as part of her work in the Wearable Arts elective.

Junior Judges

On Thursday October 24th, ULS students in grades 3-5 participated in the Junior Judges Program. This program is run by the Young Lawyers Division of the Hawaii State Bar Association. Volunteer lawyers visit schools to discuss with students about how to be an upstander in tough situations and how to solve 

Aloha Frank DeLima!

Long time comedian and local entertainer Frank Delima visited with our elementary and middle school students on Thursday October 17th. Mr. Delima shared messages of perseverance, hard work and determination and challenged the kids to eat healthy and stay active. He ended both sessions in true comedic fashion leading the
