As we enter the new month of November, we take a look back at October as we ended the last week with our first Spirit Week of the academic school year. Some themes included, “Monochromatic Monday,” “Tourist Tuesday,” “Wacky Wednesday,” and everyone’s favorite, “Halloween Dress-Up Thursday.”
October was Breast Cancer Awareness Month and the ULS H.O.S.A students did a fantastic job encouraging their school community to raise awareness and support this important cause.

Many thanks to the ULS students on the Pac-5 Baseball team for volunteering their time to clean up the schoolʻs batting cage and storage area. We hope to continue to see more Jr. Bows giving up their time to help clean up our school. Mahalo!
The Jr. Bows ‘ohana raised 967 lbs of pound this month to feed the needy. All donations were dropped off at the Hawai‘i Food Bank to be used to feed those in our local community who suffer from hunger, malnutrition and improper diet. We appreciate all of the kokua and are …
