ULS Alumni Survey- 2012

Dear ULS Alumni,

Thank you so much for your continued contributions and commitment to the Lab School.  As you may have heard me mention over the summer at the ULSAA dinner, we are launching a renewed effort to collect information about the many endeavors and accomplishments of our ULS alumni.  This email and survey linked below are specifically aimed to collect information on how well you feel your Lab School education prepared you for college, work, and responsible citizenship - the vision the school has of its graduates.  This is the first of many opportunities that you will be provided to help us shape the story we tell of our school's past, and the vision we have for the future of ULS.  All responses to this survey will be anonymous, and not attributable to you in any way.   Please respond by December 31.  Thank you again for your kind assistance in this effort!
